All vouchers are delivered within 24 hours of payment approval. Orders placed outside business hours are processed the next business day.

Your voucher is sent directly to your email. You can also log in to your DailyVoucher.com account at any time to retrieve your voucher number.

  • If it’s not there, contact us at support@dailyvoucher.com or call 800-232-4227 with your order details

No. All vouchers from DailyVoucher.com are digital and delivered via email.

  • Returns are handled case by case.

  • Approved refunds are subject to a $15 restocking fee.

  • Expired or already-used vouchers cannot be refunded.

Vouchers are generally non-transferable. Please contact us if you have a special request.

DailyVoucher.com provides the voucher only. You are responsible for:

  • Scheduling your exam with the testing center

  • Preparing for the exam

  • Bringing the correct identification and credentials

We do not provide exam content or duration information.
